Atmosphere and Vacuum Furnace for Induction Heating

Induction heating equipment is often used for high-temperature vacuum or heating under an atmosphere for such processes as infiltration and treatment of composites. These materials must be subjected to long heating cycles lasting several days at high temperatures, up to 2,200°C, at various gas and vacuum pressures. Multi-zone heating is often used with MF power exceeding 1000 kW.
