One of the main induction heating equipment for welding
is for producing tubes and other closed profiles made
of steel, aluminum or copper. Some advantages of the

high production rates, quality, regularity of the weld,
welding strips without first pickling, and lower power

Frequency Power Supply
One of the latest Electroheat Technologies products available
to the induction heating equipment industry is a high frequency power
supply with variable frequency capability in order to select
the right frequency for your heating application. This feature
is very useful in the processing of gears, sprockets and
other parts having complex geometries where frequency selection
is needed to obtain uniform surface heating and short processing
times. The proper frequency selection will allow for the
application of Accelerated Austenitizing™ into our
induction heating equipment.
